ASTA LA VISTA maisonettes offer 3 identical two-storey houses just 100m away from the two blue beaches of the village of Pessada, and only 10km from the centre of the island. Pessada is a traditional, unspoilt village of Kefalonia located on the coastline of southwestern Kefalonia. Despite being only a 15 minute drive from the airport, it is an incredibly quiet and peaceful village. Pessada is surrounded by natural beauty, with spectacular views of the bay of Lourdas to the south, the island of Zakynthos on the distant horizon, and a backdrop dominated by the highest peak in the Ionian Sea, Mount Ainos. This dramatic scenery, combined with the tranquility of Kefalonia village life, make it the ideal location for the maisonettes.

The maisonettes are set in beautiful gardens with panoramic view of the sea and the island of Zakynthos, surrounded by traditional stone walls. Outside each maisonette there is a terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the serenity of nature and the cool sea breeze. The fully air-conditioned maisonettes, comfortably furnished, combining the traditional climate with modern facilities, have two bedrooms with sea view. The living/dining area includes a 32′ wide screen LCD TV while the modern fully equipped kitchen meets your every need. Upstairs, other than the bedrooms, there is a large bathroom with all the necessary amenities and a smaller one downstairs (WC).
